Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Sales Quotas: Drive new business acquisition by meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets and quotas. Your success will directly contribute to the growth of our agency.
  • Engage Customers: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored insurance solutions that meet their goals.
  • Manage Policies: Support clients with inquiries, renewals, and adjustments to their policies, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their coverage options.
  • Market Our Agency: Actively participate in local marketing initiatives, networking events, and community outreach to generate leads and promote our services.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Utilize our CRM system to track leads, manage the sales process, and report on your progress toward sales goals.
What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.
  • A self-motivated individual who thrives on challenges and is driven to achieve results.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (a college degree is a plus); insurance experience is beneficial but not required.
